3.6.1 Clearing the cache of the browser

  1. From the browser menu, click Tools, Internet Options, and then the General tab. Under Browsing history, click the Delete... button.

    The Delete Browsing History dialog box appears.

  2. Select the Temporary Internet files and Cookies check boxes, and then click the Delete button.

    The browsing history is deleted.

    Important note

    If you have bookmarked the JP1/DH - Server site as a favorite, clear the Preserve Favorites website data check box.

  3. Click the Close button. The Internet Options dialog box appears.

  4. Click the OK button.

  5. Restart Internet Explorer (IE).

If the same error occurs even after you perform the procedure above, perform the procedure in the next subsection.
