4.1 Configuration of PFM - Agent for Enterprise Applications in a cluster system

Use of a cluster system creates a highly reliable system that can continue job execution, even if one of the systems fails, thereby achieving 24-hour Performance Management operation and monitoring.

The following figure shows an example of operations in the event of a failure on the PFM - Agent host in a cluster system.

Two environments with the same settings are created. The environment that is normally used for operations is defined as the executing node, and the other environment, which is used in the event of a failure, is defined as the standby node.
