If you are using version 10-00 or later of PFM - Manager or PFM - Base, we recommend that you use a backup script to back up the definition information for the Performance Management system. This method backs up the definition information for all Performance Management products on the host except PFM - Web Console. When using a version of PFM - Agent or PFM - RM earlier than 10-00 or backing up definition information for PFM - Web Console, back up the necessary files by copying them manually.
