11.5.17 Preventing the opening of multiple Jobnet Editor windows
You can prevent multiple Jobnet Editor windows from opening for the same unit#1 or units#1 of the same root jobnet.
While the Jobnet Editor window is running, selecting the same unit#1 or units#1 of the same root jobnet to open the Jobnet Editor window does not open another Jobnet Editor window. Instead, the currently running Jobnet Editor window is brought to the foreground, and the latest information#2 for the selected unit is displayed in the tree area and map area of the window.

Applies to only release-target jobnets that have the same release definition.

The information displayed in the tree area and map area depends on the settings described in 11.5.2 Automatically selecting nested jobnets and nested remote jobnets in the map area when the Jobnet Editor window is opened.

To prevent the opening of multiple Jobnet Editor windows, specify Yes. If you do not want to prevent the opening of multiple Jobnet Editor windows, specify No.
The default is No. If you omit this setting, No is assumed.

The following are notes on enabling the settings for preventing the opening of multiple Jobnet Editor windows:

A Jobnet Editor window opened in another process will not be prevented from opening.

A Jobnet Editor window whose status has been saved will not be prevented from opening. However, after the Jobnet Editor window has been opened with its saved status, such a Jobnet Editor window will be prevented from opening.

A Jobnet Editor window displayed by selecting File and then New Window in the Jobnet Editor window will not be prevented from opening.

A Jobnet Editor window opened from a related product will not be prevented from opening.
