11.1.2 Using user common profiles

User common profiles, held in JP1/AJS3 - Manager at the connection destination, save information about JP1 user settings.

User common profiles allow JP1 users or new JP1 users to use shared setting information just by downloading user common profiles that the system administrator uploaded in JP1/AJS3 - Manager. Users do not need to specify new settings.

You can conveniently upload items to be used as common settings for JP1 users in user common profiles after customizing windows and dialog boxes.

The following table lists functions you can save in user common profiles and when the settings become effective after download.
