6.4 Displaying task logs
In the Task Log dialog box, you can display and check the log created when you execute a task. The Task Log dialog box displays the content of the task log.
Task log data is output when the task enters one of the following statuses:

In Progress
-
Waiting for Response
-
Abnormal Detection
-
Terminated
-
Completed
-
Failed
Who can perform this task:
Users in the Admin role, Develop role, Modify role, or Submit role
To display task log data:

In the left pane of the Tasks window, click All Tasks.

Select the row of a task for which you want to check log data.

Click the View the Task Log button at the bottom of the Tasks view or the Task Details dialog box.
You can perform the following operations in the Task Log dialog box:

Updating task logs regularly and automatically
Select the Update automatically check box.

Updating task logs manually
Click the Update button.

When the Update automatically check box is selected, regardless of the task status, the task log is collected again, and the scroll bar in the Task Log dialog box slides down to the bottom.

Specify the automatic update interval (in seconds) in the Task Log dialog box by using the client.monitor.tasklog.ref resh.interval key in the property file (config_user.properties).

Specify the task log size (in KB) that is displayed in the Task Log dialog box by using the client.monitor.tasklog.maxfilesize key in the property file (config_user.properties).
