1.18.1 List of email notification settings
To send email notifications, set the shared built-in service properties, the properties file (config_user.properties), and the email notification definition files (mailDefinition_ja.conf, mailDefinition_en.conf, and mailDefinition_zh.conf).

Change the default value set in the properties file (config_user.properties) or the email notification definition file (mailDefinition_ja.conf, mailDefinition_en.conf, and mailDefinition_zh.conf) if necessary.
The encoding for notification emails is UTF-8. The configuration of the SMTP server (such as restrictions on character counts) can affect the contents of notification emails. Check the configuration of the SMTP server before you set the parameters for notification emails.
