3.2.1 Service design procedure
Service design involves the following tasks:

Evaluating the service template to be used and the targets of operation
Evaluate the service templates and select the one that would be suitable for the purpose of the IT operation. Also check the operating environments for the devices that are the operation targets when services are run.

Evaluating the items to be considered when services are added
Evaluate the definition items, including categories and properties, that are to be specified when services are added.

Evaluating the items to be specified when services are run
Evaluate the information, including execution timing and properties, that is to be specified at the time of execution by the users who run the services.

Evaluating the shared service properties
Evaluate the values for service properties that can be shared among services.
