1.3 Message format

This section explains JP1/Base messages and ISAM utility messages that have message IDs. For other messages, see the chapter about troubleshooting in the Job Management Partner 1/Base User's Guide.

Note

In addition to the messages that have been newly added, some messages used in a previous version of JP1/Base have been changed. If you are using log file trapping to convert the JP1/Base messages into JP1 events, check the converted messages for any changes.
