6.10.9 Actions to be taken when an error is displayed in a Dashboard window
This subsection explains the actions to be taken when either of the following errors is displayed in a Dashboard window:

Fatal Error message is displayed

Data too large message is displayed

(1) Action to be taken when the Fatal Error message is displayed
When this message is displayed, communication with the dashboard server might have failed or a fatal error might have occurred. In such a case, the dashboard server needs to be restarted. Ask the system administrator to restart the dashboard server.
(2) Action to be taken when the Data too large message is displayed
When this message is displayed, the size of the memory for NavigationPlatformDashboardStorageService might be insufficient. If the memory size is insufficient, the memory size of the storage service for the dashboard server needs to be increased. Ask the system administrator to increase the memory size of the storage service for the dashboard server.
