6.10.8 Operations common among Dashboard windows

Organization of this subsection

(1) Selecting the target display range

To select the range of analysis results to be displayed, use the window that opens when you click the clock icon located at the top right of the window.

Figure 6‒18: Clock icon

[Figure]

Clicking the clock icon at the top right of the window opens the Display Range Selection window.

The default is that Last 6 months under Quick is selected.

Select in the Display Range Selection window one of the following three links to specify the target display range:

(a) Specifying the target display range from the Quick link

Selecting the Quick link displays a group of target display ranges.

Figure 6‒19: Window that is displayed when the Quick link is selected

[Figure]

Clicking a target display range link among the group of links regenerates the analysis results for the selected display range and displays those results in the Dashboard window.

(b) Specifying the target display range from the Relative link

Selecting the Relative link displays an area for specifying a display start time.

Figure 6‒20: Window that is displayed when the Relative link is selected

[Figure]

Specifying a display start time and clicking the Go button regenerates the analysis results for the period between the specified time and the current time and displays those results in the Dashboard window.

(c) Specifying the target display range from the Absolute link

Selecting the Absolute link displays an area for specifying a display start time and end time.

Figure 6‒21: Window that is displayed when the Absolute link is selected

[Figure]

Specifying a display start time and end time and then clicking the Go button regenerates the analysis results for the period between the specified start and end times and displays those results in the Dashboard window.

(2) Obtaining a shared URL

Clicking the Shared link located at the top of the window displays a window for obtaining a shared URL. Use of a shared URL enables you to display the same window that other users are displaying.

Figure 6‒22: Shared link

[Figure]

In the area indicated by Link under Share saved dashboard, the URL for displaying a dashboard is displayed in the state in which such user operations as target display range and filtering have not been incorporated.

Figure 6‒23: Shared URL display example

[Figure]

Clicking the Copy link copies the applicable URL to the clipboard.

(3) Analysis data filter

You can filter the analysis results being displayed in the Dashboard window.

(a) Filter setup

Clicking the mouse button on a graph sets up a filter using a value on the horizontal axis.

Moving the mouse pointer to a table cell displays the filter addition icon on the right side.

Figure 6‒24: Filter addition icon display example

[Figure]

Clicking the filter addition icon sets up a filter using the value in the clicked cell.

(b) Filter operation

When a filter is set up, an icon indicating the filter is displayed.

Figure 6‒25: Example of an icon that is displayed when a filter is set up

[Figure]

Moving the mouse pointer to a filter displays icons that can execute actions on the filter.

Figure 6‒26: Icons displayed when the mouse pointer is moved to a filter

[Figure]

  • Toggle Filter icon

Clicking this icon switches between enabling and disabling the filter.

  • Enable or Disable Filter Across Screens icon

Clicking this icon switches between enabling and disabling the filter across all Dashboard windows that can be selected in the Select Dashboard window.

  • Reverse Filter icon

Clicking this icon reverses the filtering condition.

  • Delete icon

Clicking this icon deletes the filter.

    Important note
    • If you set up multiple filters, the upper filter display area might become two lines and the window might not be displayed correctly. In this case, adjust the number of filters so that they fit on one line.

    • If you set up multiple filters, an error might occur due to the URL length restriction of the browser. In this case, adjust the number of filters so that they do not exceed the URL length restriction.

(4) Graph operation

Dragging the mouse pointer over a graph whose horizontal axis indicates elapsed time (timestamps) regenerates the analysis results in the specified format using the period between the drag start and end times as the display range and displays those results in the Dashboard window.

(5) Table operation

(a) Sorting

Clicking the sorting icon in the top row of a table column sorts the row values in that column in ascending order. If sorting is already specified, the sorting order is switched between ascending and descending.

[Figure]

(b) Downloading

By clicking the Raw or Formatted link at the bottom left of a table, you can download the table's data.

Figure 6‒28: Downloading links

[Figure]

  • Raw link

By clicking this link, you can download the content described in the source operation logs in CSV format.

  • Formatted link

By clicking this link, you can download the content of the enabled filters in CSV format.

By clicking this link, you can download, in CSV format, the content where the values of the timestamp column were converted to the date and time format and the values of the msec column were converted to the format divided into groups of three digits each.

Example of a converted value of the timestamp column:

    2019/01/12Δ13:47:37

    Legend: Δ: Halfwidth space character

Example of a converted value of the msec column:

    1.484.196.457.903

(c) Moving through pages

If all rows of a table do not fit within a window, you can display one page at a time by clicking a number in the pager displayed on the bottom right of the table.
