The connection destination of service components is defined in the development environment. For the following service adapters, the connection destination for establishing a connection to a service component can be changed in the operating environment:

• SOAP adapter
• Session Bean adapter
• MDB (WS-R) adapter
• MDB (DB queue) adapter

To change the connection destination of a service component in the operating environment, use the cscsvcctl command. Note that the service target adapter must be in an undeployed state.
