To create a build file (build.xml):

1. In the Project Explorer view, choose the project in which build.xml is to be added, and then in the context menu, choose New - File.
   The New File dialog box appears.
   

   

2. Choose the project in which build.xml is to be added, enter build.xml in the File name, and then click the Finish button.
   build.xml will be added to the selected project.
