Developer provides the following two tools to set up an environment:

• Development Environment Instant Setup tool.
  This tool provides a GUI that you can use to set up and build the debug environment for J2EE applications. You use the Development Environment Instant Setup tool to set up the following environments:
  
  • J2EE server (including the simple Web server and in-process HTTP server)
  • Performance tracer
  • Embedded database
  • Resource adapter
  • Management Server
• Eclipse setup tool
  This tool provides a GUI that you can use to install and set up Eclipse.
