The rdsafrsc command displays and deletes packages.
Description
- Displays the attributes of packages stored in the package storehouse. Three display methods are available:
- Displays the attributes of particular packages (Specify full package IDs in the -s option.)
- Displays the attributes of all packages in particular cabinets. (Specify full cabinet IDs in the -s option.)
- Displays all packages in the package storehouse. (Omit the -s option.)
- Deletes specified packages from the package storehouse.
Format

rdsafrsc -c[I][R] [-s{full-package-ID [full-package-ID...]|full-cabinet-ID [full-cabinet-ID...]}]- Deleting packages stored in the package storehouse
rdsafrsc -r -s full-package-ID [full-package-ID...]
Options
- -c[I][R]
- This option specifies the attribute display of packages.
- I: Displays the prerequisite version/revision. It is necessary to specify the -s option at the same time.
- R: Indicates whether or not the computer must be restarted after installation, when the distribution-destination system is a Windows system. REBOOT is displayed when restarting is required. Otherwise, * is displayed.
- -r
- This option specifies the deletion of packages.
- -s full-package-ID
- Specify the full package ID of a package to be deleted.
- -s {full-package-ID|full-cabinet-ID}
- Specify a full package ID to display the attribute of a particular package, or specify a full cabinet ID to display the attributes of all packages in a particular cabinet. If you omit this option, the system displays the attributes of all packages stored in the package storehouse.
- The table below indicates the items displayed according to the specification of this option.

End code
End code Meaning 0 Command processing terminated normally. 1 An attempt to delete a part or all of the packages failed. 98 The system rejected a command. 99 JP1/Software Distribution Client has not started yet. 249 Package attribute file access error 252 File access error 253 System error 254 The user who entered the command is not the system administrator. 255 A specified option is invalid.
