4.6.2 Reporting startup failure of the distribution-destination system

If JP1/Software Distribution Client is provided as another relay system under JP1/Software Distribution Client (relay system), the relay system reports a startup failure to the managing server if the distribution-destination system fails to start. As a result, the job status becomes startup failure.
