4.5.1 Sorting inventory information

In the table-format window and in the Details pane of the Count Clients window, you can sort inventory information in ascending or descending order of the ASCII codes. You can select up to three consecutive columns as the sort keys, with the leftmost column constituting the first-level sort.

To sort inventory information, select up to three column name fields to set as the sort key. Then, from the View menu, choose Ascending Sort or Descending Sort.

When you click a column name in the Count pane of the Count Clients window, the count items are sorted in ASCII code order, and quantities are sorted in numerical order. The order toggles between ascending and descending order each time you click the column name.
