8.2.1 Types of log information

There are two types of log information:

System failure report log

Operation log

(1) System failure log

The system failure log contains information that reports system problems to the system administrator.

The system failure log is output to the event log^#1 and integrated trace log^#2.

The event log is output to the Windows event log file.

The integrated trace log is output to the integrated trace log file. For details about how to collect the integrated trace log, see the manual Job Management Partner 1/Base User's Guide.

(2) Operation log

The operation log contains information about the operations that the user performed on the Web window. You need to collect the operation log in the event of a problem to check the background of the problem.
