3.3.2 How to define the user environment settings file

The configuration file contains several default values, which you can change to suit the JP1/AJS3 - Web Operation Assistant environment.

To set the user environment settings parameter:

  1. Stop the HTTP server (It stops immediately after installation).
    On the JP1/AJS3 - Web Operation Assistant host, from Windows Control Panel, choose Administrative Tools and Services, and then stop the following service:
    JP1/AJS3 WOA HTTP Server
  2. Stop the application server (It stops immediately after installation).
    On the JP1/AJS3 - Web Operation Assistant host, from Windows Control Panel, choose Administrative Tools and Services, and then stop the following service:
    JP1/AJS3 WOA Web Application Server
  3. Open the user environment settings file from the following file.
     
    JP1/AJS3 - Web-Operation-Assistant-installation-folder\conf\user.conf
     
  4. Update the user environment parameters as required.
    For details on updating parameters, see 4.2 Environment defined in the user environment settings file.
  5. Start the application server.
    On the JP1/AJS3 - Web Operation Assistant host, from Windows Control Panel, choose Administrative Tools and Services, and then start the following service you stopped in step 2:
    JP1/AJS3 WOA Web Application Server
  6. Start the HTTP server.
    On the JP1/AJS3 - Web Operation Assistant host, from Windows Control Panel, choose Administrative Tools and Services, and then start the following service you stopped in step 1:
    JP1/AJS3 WOA HTTP Server
