Appendix A.8 Monitoring the status of executed jobnets

When you are using NNM, you can activate JP1/AJS - View from NNM. You can monitor the status of executed jobnets managed by JP1/AJS3 - Manager in the Jobnet monitor, Daily schedule, and Monthly schedule windows of JP1/AJS - View.

To activate JP1/AJS - View from NNM:

Execute the ovw command of NNM.
The IP Map appears.

Click the symbol of the host for which you want to check the status of executed jobnets, and choose Administer, JP1/AJS2 Manager, and JP1/AJS2 - View.
JP1/AJS - View is activated.

Check the status of executed jobnets using the Jobnet monitor and other windows.

Supplementary notes

You cannot change the attributes of unit elements, schedule information, and other information with the JP1/AJS - View activated in NNM.

If you have created the JP1AJS2 symbol, double-clicking the symbol activates JP1/AJS - View.

JP1/AJS3 - View and JP1/AJS2 - View 08-00 or later are not supported in HP-UX and Solaris. You must be running Windows to link with JP1/AJS3 - View and JP1/AJS2 - View 08-00 or later.
