4.9 Exchange Hosts window

The Exchange Hosts window is used to replace a host with another host while maintaining the relationship between the upper-level and lower-level hosts. The user can use this window to replace a host whose system is being configured because of additions or changes to the system configuration with another host.

The following figure shows an example of the Exchange Hosts window.

The following describes the items displayed in the Exchange Hosts window.

Host before the exchange

Displays the name of the host selected in the tree display area of the Edit IM Configuration window.

Host after the exchange

The user enters the name of the host that will replace another host. From 0 to 255 bytes can be specified. The specifiable characters are alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), and periods (.).
