You can use Remote Installation Manager to check the patch information detection results. You can also use Inventory Viewer to count the detection results.
You can check the patch information for each client on the Installed Packages page in the System Configuration, Destination or Directory Information window of Remote Installation Manager.

To display either the applied patch information or unapplied patch information of the client, select one of the following menus:
If patch information detected from a client is reported to a higher-level system of a version that does not support patch information detection, the received information is displayed as follows.
You can use Inventory Viewer to count the patch information detection results. To count unapplied patch information detection results, in the Condition Settings dialog box, select Unapplied patch information under Installed packages as the inventory information to be used as the condition. When counting is done using unapplied patch information as the counting condition, the number of clients to which the patch has not been applied is displayed.

To count the detection results for patches that have been applied to clients, in the Condition Settings dialog box, select one of the following items under Installed packages as the inventory information to be used as the condition:
You can also use the WUA or MBSA version information, which can be collected as part of the system information, as the counting condition. In the Condition Settings dialog box, select Windows Update Agent or MBSA under System information as the inventory information to be used as the condition. When counting is executed with this selection, the number of applicable clients for each version is displayed.
