The relay manager/system stores temporarily all files it collects during remote collection. The stored files are deleted automatically once they are transferred to the managing server. If you have executed a Collect files from client to relay system job, executing an Acquire collected files from relay system job deletes all the files that are stored in the relay manager/system.

You may have to forcibly delete collected files from the relay manager/system if, for example, the files were never transferred to the managing server. In such a case, you must execute a Delete collected files from relay system job to delete the files.
