Figure 2-29 Package Attributes page (Packaging information)

[Figure]

Package name/ID
Check this box to specify default values for Package name and Package ID.
Acquire from file/folder name
Uses the folder or file name selected during packaging as the default Package name and Package ID. The package ID is converted to all uppercase letters.
If a file is selected, the name without the period and extension is used. If multiple folders or files are selected, the name of the first folder or file is used. The characters that exceed the maximum permissible number of characters are deleted. Any prohibited characters and spaces that are included are also deleted. If a name consists exclusively of prohibited characters, the field is left blank.
Acquire from date when packaging is done
Uses the date/time when packaging was executed as the default Package name and Package ID. In this case, Package name and Package ID are the same.
You can select the date/time format from Format (where YYYY or YY is the year, MM is the month, DD is the date, HH is the hour, MM is the minute, and SS is the second). If any of the values is a single digit, it is converted to two digits by adding a leading 0.

Version
Check this box to specify a default value for Version/revision.
Counter
Uses the value specified in Current value as the default for Version/revision. The current value is updated by incrementing it by the value specified in Increment value when packaging is successful. However, if the value of Version/revision is changed during packaging, the current value is not updated. When the current value exceeds 999,999, it resets to 0. Any value in the range 0-999,999 may be specified for Current value; any value in the range 0-10 may be specified for Increment value.
To set Version/revision to a fixed value, set Increment value to 0. When this is done, Current value will not be updated and the same value will always be displayed for Version/revision.
Acquire from date when packaging is done
Uses the date/time when packaging was executed as the default Version/revision. You can select the date/time format from Format (where YYMMDD is the year, month, and date; MMDDYY is the month, date, and year; DDMMYY is the date, month, and year; MMDDHH is the month, date, and hour; HHMMSS is the hour, minute, and second). If any of the values is a single digit, it is converted to two digits by adding a leading 0.

Generation
Check this box to specify a default value for Generation.
Counter
Uses the value specified in Current value as the default value for Generation. The current value is updated by incrementing it by the value specified in Increment value when packaging is successful. However, if the value of Generation is changed during packaging, the current value is not updated. When the current value exceeds 9,999, it resets to 0. Any value in the range 0-9,999 may be specified for Current value; any value in the range 0-10 may be specified for Increment value.
To set Generation to a fixed value, set Increment value to 0. When this is done, Current value will not be updated and the same value will always be displayed for Generation.
Acquire from date when packaging is done
Uses the date/time when packaging was executed as the default Generation. You can select the date/time format from Format (where MMDD is the month and date; DDMM is the date and month; HHMM is the hour and minute; MMSS is the minute and second; YYMM is the year and month; MMYY is the month and year). If any of the values is a single digit, it is converted to two digits by adding a leading 0.
