Some messages may output detailed information in the message text. Of these messages, the following table lists the detailed information number displayed in communications error messages such as KAVB1200-E, as well as the cause and the corrective action to take when the message is displayed.

Detailed information Cause Corrective action B00 The manager host on which JP1/IM - Manager operates cannot be reached from JP1/IM - View. Check the network configuration. B01 JP1/IM - Manager is not running. Check whether JP1/IM - Manager has started. B04 The host name cannot be resolved. Check the network configuration. B06 The host name cannot be resolved. Check the network configuration. B32 A timeout occurred between JP1/IM - View and JP1/IM - Manager. Increase the value set to SO_TIMEOUT. H00 The host name cannot be resolved. Check the network configuration. H01 A connection cannot be established through the specified port. Check the port settings. H02 A connection cannot be established to JP1/IM - Manager. Check whether the host on which JP1/IM - Manager operates has started. H03 The manager host on which JP1/IM - Manager operates cannot be reached from JP1/IM - View. Check the network configuration.
