If a problem occurs during operations, refer to 9. Troubleshooting in the manual Job Management Partner 1/Integrated Management - Manager Administration Guide, collect log information, and perform an initial investigation.
To perform an initial investigation into the cause of the problem, refer to the OS log information (for Windows: Windows event log; for UNIX: system log), and to the log information output by JP1/IM. Check this log information, which is output around the time that the problem occurs, and either formulate a work-around for the problem or take corrective action to resolve the problem.
Additionally, make a record of the operations and techniques that were used leading up to the occurrence of the problem. At the same time, try to reproduce the problem, if possible.
