The monbegin command starts a server in the monitor mode.

The monbegin command can be used only for servers in the monitor mode.

The server does not start at the same time that the monbegin command's return code is received.

Upon receiving a server start request, the monbegin command outputs the KAMN376-I message, and returns the return value 0 regardless of the status of the server specified by a server alias name.
