11.2.10 When the message KFCA01864-E is output

(1) Error event

The following message is output, and the dcstop command runs out of time.

KFCA01864-E timeout occurred during execution of command dcstop.

(2) Items to check

The date and time when the event occurred
Any changes made to the OpenTP1 environment immediately before the event occurred

(3) Information to acquire

The information in Table 11-1

(4) Troubleshooting procedure

The message KFCA01864-E is output when the length of time specified by the system_terminate_watch_time operand in the system environment definition (env) has elapsed since the dcstop command was executed. The most likely cause is that there was not enough time during OpenTP1 shutdown processing to shut down the user servers.
