The time at which a TAM table is loaded into memory is determined by the loading time specification in the TAM service definition:

start specified:

Loaded when TAM service is started.

cmd specified:

Loaded when tamload command is executed.

lib specified:

Loaded when TAM table is opened.

A TAM table whose loading time is cmd can be unloaded by the tamunload command.
