To perform a forced invalidation of the startup notification to the communication target OpenTP1 that is specified using the name_notify operand in the system common definition, use the namunavl command. When the namunavl command is executed, a new connection is established. When a connection is established, OpenTP1 can communicate normally even if it does not receive the startup notification information from the communication target.
