付録M.5　障害発生時の対処

何らかの障害によって，Document Managerのウィルススキャンが中断した場合，又はウィルススキャン実行中にDocument Managerサーバ及びServer - Scanサーバを停止した場合は，次の手順に従って対処してください。

＜この項の構成＞

(1)　Server - Scanサーバ が中断（ダウン），又はウィルススキャン実行中にServer - Scanサーバを停止した場合

(2)　Document Managerサーバが中断（ダウン），又はウィルススキャン実行中にDocument Managerサーバを停止した場合

(3)　Server - Scanサーバ及びDocument Managerサーバが中断（ダウン），又はウィルススキャン実行中にServer - Scanサーバ及びDocument Managerサーバを停止した場合

(1)　Server - Scanサーバ が中断（ダウン），又はウィルススキャン実行中にServer - Scanサーバを停止した場合

1. Document Managerのウィルススキャン整合性ユティリティを実行します

2. Server - Scan サーバを起動します

(2)　Document Managerサーバが中断（ダウン），又はウィルススキャン実行中にDocument Managerサーバを停止した場合

1. Server - Scanサーバを停止します
   Server - Scanサーバを停止するまでウィルススキャンがエラーとなり，ウィルススキップリストが出力されます。
   

2. Document Managerサーバを起動します

3. Document Managerのウィルススキャン整合性ユティリティを実行します

4. Server - Scan サーバを起動します

(3)　Server - Scanサーバ及びDocument Managerサーバが中断（ダウン），又はウィルススキャン実行中にServer - Scanサーバ及びDocument Managerサーバを停止した場合

1. Document Managerサーバを起動します

2. Document Managerのウィルススキャン整合性ユティリティを実行します

3. Server - Scan サーバを起動します
