This message is displayed in the following conditions:

Unable to access the file or directory.

Unable to store the file because of insufficient disk space.

Action
Perform one of the following, based on the corresponding cause displayed in the detailed
                information.

Make the file and the directory accessible.

Add more free disk space.

            After resolving the issue, perform one of the following:

                    An error occurred when the Java EE server was created by the
                            create-instance subcommand.

                    Delete the server, and then re-create.

                    An error occurred when the Java EE server was started by the
                            start-instance, start-cluster, and
                            start-servers subcommands.

                    Stop the server, and then re-start.

                    An error occurred when another subcommand was executed.

                    Run the subcommand again.
