Description
The server did not start because a timeout occurred in the start-up process.

            Action
            Verify the server log data and investigate the cause for the startup processing to
                take more time than expected. Based on the cause, perform one of the following
                corrective actions:

                    Estimated shortage of time-out period.

                    Change the following parameters using the set
                        subcommand:

                            configs.config.Configuration name of javaEE
                                        server.hitachi-manage-info.start-timeout-in-seconds

                            hitachi-prf-configs.hitachi-prf-config.Configuration
                                        name of
                                    PRF.hitachi-manage-info.start-timeout-in-seconds

                            hitachi-webserver-configs.hitachi-webserver-config.Configuration
                                        name of the Web
                                    server.hitachi-manage-info.start-timeout-in-seconds

                    There is an issue on the server side (timeout period is appropriate): To
                        resolve the issue on the server side, do the following:

                    A process of the script that runs the server commands may still exist. Wait
                        for at least 10 seconds. If the message KDKD10156-I is not
                        displayed after the message KDKD10155-I, run the
                            kill command for the process shown in the message
                            KDKD10155-I.
