7.6.2 Unsetting up Eclipse

If you are using the Eclipse that is not supplied with Application Server for Developers, you have to manually unsetup the Eclipse. To unset up Eclipse, delete the link files that were set when Eclipse was set up, and then revert eclipse.ini to the state before it was edited.

Procedure

1. Finish Eclipse.

2. Delete the following link files:

   • installation_directory_for_Eclipse/eclipse/dropins/com.cosminexus.common.plugin.link

   • installation_directory_for_Eclipse/eclipse/dropins/com.cosminexus.plugin.link

3. If you are simultaneously unsetting up other plug-ins, delete the link files corresponding to those plug-ins as well.

4. To continue using Eclipse, take eclipse.ini that you have saved in another location, and then save it directly under installation_directory_for_Eclipse/eclipse.

5. Specify the -clean option, and then start Eclipse.

   installation_directory_for_Eclipse/eclipse/eclipse.exe -clean
