iIndexに指定した位置の要素に値を設定します。
引数
iIndex（入力）
設定する要素の位置を，0〜（要素数-1）の値で指定します。範囲外の値を指定した場合，エラーになります。
bNewValue，lNewValue，pNewValue，rNewValue（入力）
設定する値を指定します。指定した値の型と要素の型が一致しない場合はエラーになります。
