可変長配列の配列の末尾に要素を追加して，bNewValue，lNewValue，pNewValueまたはrNewValueに指定した値を設定するメソッドです。
引数
bNewValue，lNewValue，pNewValue，rNewValue（入力）
追加する要素に設定する値を指定します。指定した値の型と要素の型が一致しない場合，エラーになります。
