public virtual VISPseudoInterfaceこのクラスは，カレントオブジェクトのIORCreationInterceptorのチェーンを保持します。各POAにはIORCreationInterceptorManagerが一つずつあります。IORCreationInterceptorは，POALifeCycleInterceptor::create()メソッドの引数として渡されるInterceptorManagerControlを使用してInterceptorManagerControl::get_manager("IORCreation")を呼び出すことによって返却されます。
