説明

Reliable Messaging起動直後，管理状態以外のシステム状態で，RMDeadMessageQueueNameプロパティと同じキュー名を指定したため，キューの削除に失敗しました。

対処

デッドメッセージキューを削除する場合は，hrmstopコマンドでシステムを管理状態にし，Reliable Messagingを再起動したあと，コマンドを再度実行してください。
