Deployment Descriptor（web.xml）の設定が不正です。

セッションフェイルオーバ用フィルタのマッピング定義（<filter-mapping>タグ）で定義できるのは，アプリケーションで定義するフィルタマッピングで一つだけです。

フィルタマッピング定義を修正し，再度デプロイしてください。
