6.4.4 Event source definition file (apmaddr.conf)
Specify an IP address used as a source from which events are issued. APM refers to this file at the time of startup. In an environment that meets either of the following conditions, make sure that you define the monitored server's IP address recognizable from SSO:

A cluster system is used.

A host with multiple NICs or IP addresses is used.
After modifying this file, perform either of the following tasks:

Execute the apmchg command with the -a option to reload the file.

Restart APM.

(1) Format
Write the IP address of the event issuing source and a semicolon (;) in the event source definition file. In addition to comment lines, portions after a number sign (#) are treated as comments.
