3.6 Reporting the solution
Procedure

Make sure that the problem has been resolved in 3.5.2 Removing the cause, and then contact the appropriate people as shown below:

If you recognized the problem via an inquiry from a customer:
Contact the customer who sent the inquiry.

If you recognized the problem via contact from an operator:
Contact that operator.

If you contacted affected consumers when analyzing the impact and severity of the problem:
Contact the affected consumers again.
This completes the procedure for handling problems.
