10.3.1 Prerequisite operating systems
The following table lists the prerequisite operating systems for JP1/IM and JP1/Base. For details, see the Release Notes for the applicable products.

JP1/IM - View and JP1/IM - Manager do not support JIS level 3 kanji or JIS level 4 kanji. If these characters are used on JP1/IM - View, the characters might become garbled and not work correctly.

Do not apply Windows Server 2012 or Windows Server 2016 data deduplication on the volume on which JP/IM - Manager is installed.
