2.7.3 List of attached files to be sent (Windows only)
When you send attached files, you can create a list of attached files and automatically attach the files in the list to the mail.
Users create the list of attached files in plain text format. The following table shows the format of a list of attached files.
An example of a list of attached files is shown below.
When both the attached file and the attached file list are defined, the contents of the attached file list take precedence and the files in the list are sent.
Cautionary notes

You can specify a maximum of 20 files in an attached file list.

Note the following when sending email without using Outlook:

The maximum size of attached files depends on the maximum size specified in the mail server settings.

We recommend that the total size of file attachments does not exceed 10 megabytes for any single email.

If you specify attached files exceeding 10 megabytes, specify a value in the EmbeddedMailTimeout parameter (in seconds) of at least the attached file size in megabyte x 2. For details on the EmbeddedMailTimeout parameter, see 2.2.2(1) Setting environment setting parameters.
