Unable to read the software search condition file.

[Cause] The following causes are possible.

(1) The software search condition file does not have a read attribute or you do not have access permissions.

(2) The software search condition file is an invalid file. [Action] Cancel command execution.

[Workaround]

(1) Set the read permission for the software search condition file and then re-execute the command.

(2) Check if the software search condition file is created in UTF-8 and then re-execute the command.
