Failed to synch smart device with MDM system. (MDM setting name = MDM-setting-name, error code = error-code, application (client) ID = application-(client)-ID, directory (tenant) ID = directory-(tenant)-ID)

[Cause] Authentication for connection to Microsoft Intune failed.

[Action] Cancels synchronization of device information with the MDM system.

[Workaround] Review the following setting information set on the MDM linkage setting screen, or the certificate file.

- Application (client) ID

- Directory (tenant) ID

- Client secret value

If the problem is not found above, please review the API permission settings of the app registered on Microsoft Entra ID.
