Reason: The product license is expired, or an error occurred in the database.

System processing: Stops execution of the network control command.

Corrective measure: If the product license is expired, purchase another product license and authenticate the license. If the product license is not expired, execute the command to obtain troubleshooting information, and then contact the customer support center.
