Failed to synch smart device with MDM system. (MDM setting name = MDM-setting-name, error code = error-code)

[Cause] Certificate file not found.

[Action] Cancels synchronization of device information with the MDM system.

[Workaround] Store the certificate file (IntuneCert.pem) in the mgr\temp folder under the installation folder. For a multi-tenant management server, store the certificate file in the mgr\tenant\tenant-name\mgr\temp folder.
