Failed to synch smart device with MDM system. (MDM setting name = MDM-setting-name, error code = error-code, MDM server host name = MDM-server-host-name, MDM server port number = MDM-server-port-number, proxy server IP address = proxy-server-IP-address, proxy server port number = proxy-server-port-number, proxy server user ID = proxy-server-user-ID)
[Cause] Possible causes are as follow.
(1) Connection to Microsoft Intune failed.
(2) Connection to proxy server failed.
(3) Microsoft Intune's server certificate is invalid.
[Action] Cancels synchronization of device information with the MDM system.
[Workaround] Review the following setting information set on the MDM linkage setting screen, or the certificate file.
- MDM server host name
- MDM server port number
- Proxy server settings
If the issue is not found above, please run the keytool command to check if the required server certificate has been imported. If it has not been imported, run the keytool command to import the server certificate.
If the problem is not found above, review configuration item of MDM server information and access permission setting of API of app registered with Microsoft Entra ID.
