17.1.2 Starting and terminating the Automatic Installation Tool

To start the Automatic Installation Tool, from the Start menu, select JP1_IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent, Administrator Tool, and then Automatic Installation Tool. The following JP1/ITDM2 Automatic Installation Tool window appears.

To terminate the Automatic Installation Tool, from the File menu, choose Exit.

Note that to perform recording in JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent, you must open the JP1/ITDM2 Automatic Installation Tool window with the necessary permissions to execute the program. This restriction applies to JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent for any of the following OSs: Windows Server 2025, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2.

Furthermore, these versions of JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent allow you to open multiple instances of the JP1/ITDM2 Automatic Installation Tool window at the same time. However, when recording or debugging, use a single window.
