10.3.1 Information to collect from OS log files
When a problem occurs in JP1/AJS3 - Print Option, collect the following log information output by the operating system:

The data collection tool can acquire a user dump file if one has been output by the user.

The data collection tool cannot acquire memory dumps and crash dumps. You must collect this information manually when a problem occurs. For details about how to do so, see 10.5.2 Collecting dump files.
